I'm dubious, but wish them well

Trying to develop Burke Mountain

Burke is way up in the Northeast Kingdom part of VT, far away from anything except Canadians and polar bears. I'm not sure that either can afford expensive lift tickets and slopeside condos.

But hey, I wish them well. More ski areas is better.
